Color Me Fall

The joy of trying something new and the excitement of getting it so right.  That’s what happened when Todd and I, together, experimented with dyeing over the brown yarn from Hillary’s fleece and the blended deep grey of Chuck and Ralph.

We started with Cherry Red and Sky Blue and the results were snapped up at the Norwich Farmer’s Market last Saturday. Sunday, we extended the risk and tried Emerald Green and Deep Orange.

An experiment gone right, a basket of muted fall colors, the feel of soft yarn, crisp weather, and  fall vistas. Wow. How lucky can one get?

I want to eat that yarn. Gorgeous! Haven’t heard from you in a while. I see you’re still creating on many fronts.
