A few weeks ago, Ethan – the newly hired Assistant Editor of the Mountain Times (a free, weekly newspaper based in Killington, covering Rutland and Windsor counties) – stopped by our booth at the Norwich Farmers’ Market. He was attracted to the felted wool hats Peg has been selling since last year (over 80 sold so far!). They got to talking and Peg shared our story with him. Last week, Ethan sent me an email asking if he could visit the farm and interview us. Since we both have day jobs I told him it would have to be on a Sunday or in the evening. Monday he came up the driveway around 5 pm.
Peg was in the middle of dying some yarn in the garage, so we set up some stools in the driveway and he turned on his recorder. We chatted for about 30 minutes.
