The rental apartment is very private, has a separate entrance, and is above the attached garage.
The apartment offers 675 square feet with a full kitchen with microwave, bath with shower and washer/dryer, an extremely comfortable queen-size sofa bed in the Main Room and a queen-size platform bed (also extremely comfortable) in the Bedroom.
If you are interested in reserving the apartment for Dartmouth graduation weekend, please contact us and we will provide details. We rent out a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment that can easily accommodate six for Dartmouth graduation.

Outside, the apartment has a dedicated lawn patio area with two Adirondack chairs, a full-size picnic table and a gas grill PLUS fantastic views to the north.
We welcome our guests to enjoy the lawn, fields and woods of Savage Hart Farm, and we’re happy to introduce guests to the flock. Dogs are welcomed, but please be aware that the fences have a LOT of electric current running through them all the time. Come visit us – Savage Hart Farm is truly away from it all with spectacular views and privacy. Yet we are also very close to you (just 10 minutes from the Intersection of I-89 and I-91) and to so many things to see and do.

All reservations require a deposit of 50% to secure the apartment. Our preferred way to secure your reservation is via Venmo. We are @Savage-Hart. We can also send a PayPal invoice. If you want to pay by check, we will put a hold on the apartment for up to 7 days pending receipt of a 50% deposit check. Our mailing address is:

Reservations inside 30 days need to be paid in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in will not be refunded.
Rates (subject to change)
Sunday - Thursday nights: $225/night
Friday - Saturday nights: $275/night
- Minimum stay: two nights
- Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
- Cleaning fee: $45/stay
- Dog fee: $50/stay (maximum of two dogs); no cats
- Refundable security deposit: $250
- 13% Vermont state taxes (9% rooms, 3% short-term rentals, 1% local option) is charged on the room rate only.
- 6% discount for stays of 7 nights or more
